Interior design, procurement and design supervision. We start with your way of life and develop a project ready to move towards implementation.

Discuss your project
01 / Interior design

What your project includes

01

Space planning

Room layouts, furniture placement and circulation tailored to your everyday habits.

02

Style and visualisations

A detailed selection of references, a discussion of every image and an agreed visual direction. These inform the concept and visualisations of your future interior.

03

Working drawings

Plans, elevations and key details that communicate the design to contractors and specialist consultants. The drawing schedule is agreed in the contract.

04

Specifications

Schedules of selected finishes, furniture, sanitaryware and lighting. Their scope and level of detail are tailored to your project.

02 / Implementation support
01

Procurement

Selection and approval of finishes, furniture and lighting in line with the design. Supplier coordination, orders, deliveries and substitutions are included within the agreed scope.

02

Design supervision

Explaining the design to contractors, addressing questions on site and agreeing necessary clarifications. Communication, site visits and reporting are defined in the contract.

Design supervision and procurement are agreed separately from the design project. Purchases, building works, delivery, installation, engineering calculations and technical inspections are budgeted separately.

How we work

Eight stages from our first conversation to your completed design package. Each has a clear purpose and an outcome we agree with you.

We agree the scope, fee, schedule, payment terms and revision process before design work begins.

What you receiveA shared visual direction: mood, materials, colour and character.

Approval: We agree the visual direction before creating the visualisations.

06

Concept and visualisations

We bring the agreed ideas into three dimensions, refining combinations of finishes, furniture and light. We review the images and develop the design within the agreed scope.

What you receiveApproved room visualisations within the project scope.

Approval: We approve the appearance of the rooms before preparing working drawings.

07

Drawings and specifications

We prepare the working drawings and schedules of selected materials and items. The drawing list, level of detail and file formats are defined in the contract.

04 / After project handover

From design to a finished interior

We can continue working together when renovation begins. Design supervision and procurement are agreed separately, tailored to your needs and preferred level of involvement.

01

Preparing for implementation

We discuss the design with contractors, identify matters requiring the designer’s input and agree how we will communicate.

02

Design supervision and procurement

We explain the drawings, address questions and agree substitutions. When procurement is commissioned, we help select materials and items within the agreed scope.

03

Completing our work

We review the services delivered against our agreement, hand over final materials and sign off the supervision or procurement services.

Design and implementation support have separate deliverables and acceptance terms. Building works and their technical acceptance remain covered by the agreement with the contractor.
